Pollen is a sourdough and viennoiserie bakery founded in Manchester in 2016, and this is its first bakery and cafe, beside the marina at Cotton Field Wharf in Ancoats. It is home to Pollen's bread team, and the cafe menu is casual and built around bread, with pastries from the bakery counter and a full drinks menu.
