Dog policy

The Groom Room is Pets at Home's grooming salon, and it sits INSIDE a Pets at Home store - so the whole visit is indoors and your dog is meant to be there. Grooming is BY APPOINTMENT, and worth booking rather than turning up. The store around it takes dogs on a SECURE LEAD, all breeds and sizes, so you can shop before or after without leaving anyone in the car. Expect other dogs at close quarters: this is a salon inside a pet shop, which is wonderful for a sociable dog and hard work for a reactive one.
